老街巡禮-石碇老街
石碇老街分為東、西兩街，石碇東街又稱「不見天街」，發展較西街慢，在道光年間形成小街市，貨運往來集散，生活用品流通，當時有「小迪化街」之稱。這裡特殊的「吊腳樓」，是當年居民為解決腹地狹小所發展出來的，把房子蓋在河邊大石上，並以石柱支撐河床，現今在東街還保留完好的石頭屋供民眾參觀。

Shiding Old Street
Shiding Old Street is divided into Eastern and Western street. Shiding Eastern Street is locally known as the “Street without Sunshine”. During Dao Guang period, several small street markets were established here for the distribution and circulation of cargo and daily utensils. During this time, the street was named “Small Dihua Street”. The town features various “suspended buildings” which were built along the narrow strip of land along the river. Many houses were built on top of big stones alongside the river. Today, these houses on the Eastern street can still be visited by tourists.

景觀踏青-淡蘭古道之淡蘭吊橋
踏尋古道，悠遊石碇堡
一條河潺潺繞～一條老街通古道！「樸實」是石碇老街的寫照，更是石碇人的日常。東街與西街，是早年台灣聚落先民翻山越嶺往來噶瑪蘭廳與淡水廳的重要通道，沿著潺潺小溪，充滿古意情懷。淡蘭古道石碇段則是早期大菁、文山包種茶的輸出要道，在北宜高速公路完成後，經過重新整修，由石碇西街底至雙溪口淡蘭吊橋，
全長約二公里，走起來不但輕鬆自在，而且沿路生態豐富，溪中更是大石林立、魚兒成群，景色賞心悅目。

Dan Lan Suspension Bridge
Walking along Shiding’s old streets and its dramatic river scenery, visitors are transported to an ancient time. Shiding Old Street and its residents embrace a simplistic lifestyle. Historically, both the Eastern and Western streets served as crucial passage for ancestors to commute back and forth from Kavalan (the old name of Yilan) Hall to Tamsui Hall. During these days, the Shiding section of the Dan Lan Ancient Road served as an important trade route for Da Jing and Wen Mountain Pouchong tea. These days, travelers can take a leisurely stroll along sections of this historical route and marvel at the pristine natural surroundings and diverse ecosystem along the way. The scenic riverside is dotted with enormous boulders and large schools of fish. What an amazing sight!

老街巡禮-深坑老街
深坑（老街）
素以豆腐聞名的深坑老街，典型的紅磚拱廊建築，以百年的老樹為老街口的主要地標，古色古香隨處可見！深坑在地名產「豆腐、綠竹筍、黑豬肉、茶葉」，塑造「深坑四寶文化」的觀光品牌形象，兼具在地文化與美食、購物特色，也讓遊客深入體驗在地風味。

Shenkeng Old Street
Although famous for its tofu, Shenkeng Old Street is characterized by its rows of traditional red brick buildings. Another landmark of this charming town is the hundred-year old tree near the street entrance. Old-fashioned and charming is how one could describe this bustling little town. Shenkeng possesses a strong brand in terms of tourism and is widely known for its mouthwatering local specialties such as stinky tofu, green bamboo, black pork and tea leaves. Visitors can experience the local traditional atmosphere and enjoy the local culture, tasty food and great shopping.
